Common use of Performance of Other Services Clause in Contracts

Performance of Other Services. (307) 09/16/2021 The Contractor shall not deliver any Services and Deliverables nor perform other services that are outside of EXHIBIT B: Department’s Scope of Work or EXHIBIT C: Contractor’s Cost Worksheet or any other extend services per verbal authorization. Any extended services must be in writing from the Issuing Officer.
