Performance of Professional Services. Upon Microsoft’s acceptance of each Statement of Services and subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Microsoft will perform the Professional Services ordered as provided in this Agreement and the applicable Statement of Services.

Performance of Professional Services.
