Common use of Performance of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance of Purchaser. Purchaser shall have performed all of its obligations and agreements and complied with all of its covenants contained in this Agreement to be performed and complied with by the Purchaser prior to the Closing Date.

Performance of Purchaser. Purchaser shall have performed all of its obligations and agreements performed, satisfied and complied with all of its covenants contained in covenants, agreements and conditions required by this Agreement to be performed and performed, satisfied or complied with by the Purchaser prior to it on or before the Closing Date.

Performance of Purchaser.
