Common use of Performance of Purchaser’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Performance of Purchaser’s Obligations. Purchasers shall have delivered all documents and agreements described in Section 5.3, and otherwise performed in all respects all obligations required under this Agreement to be performed by it on or prior to the Closing Date.

Performance of Purchaser’s Obligations.
