Performance of Reviews Clause Samples

The 'Performance of Reviews' clause defines the obligations and procedures for conducting evaluations or assessments within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for performing the reviews, the frequency or timing of such reviews, and the standards or criteria to be applied. For example, it may require periodic performance assessments of a contractor’s work or regular audits of compliance with contractual terms. The core function of this clause is to ensure ongoing oversight and quality control, helping parties identify and address issues proactively during the contract term.
