Common use of Performance of This and Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance of This and Other Agreements. The Authority shall promptly pay all amounts payable by it under this Agreement, the Series 2020 A Bonds and the General Bond Resolution and the Series 2020 Resolution (including the Certificate of Determination) according to the terms hereof and thereof and shall duly perform each of its obligations under this Agreement, the Series 2020 A Bonds and each of the other Related Documents to which it is a party; and the Authority will take all such action as may be requisite to
