Performance Payment. As part of the Incentive Compensation outlined in Section 3., Executive is entitled to a Performance Bonus Payment in addition to their Minimum Annual Compensation. This Performance Payment will be calculated as the greater of what is listed below or the Incentive Compensation approved for the Executive by the Board: i. Bonus Payment.
