Performance Reporting. EOHHS may, at its discretion and at any time, identify certain Contract requirements and other performance and quality measures about which the Contractor must report to EOHHS. If EOHHS is concerned with the Contractor’s performance on such measures, the Contractor shall discuss such performance with EOHHS and, as further specified by EOHHS: a. Provide EOHHS with an analysis as to why the Contractor’s performance is at the level it reports; and b. Provide EOHHS with, and implement as approved by EOHHS, a concrete plan for improving its performance.
Performance Reporting. The expectations of the customers and the NSSC are clearly defined in Section 2.0. The NSSC will generate monthly reports to document performance of cost recovery against budget, timeliness, quality, customer satisfaction, and specific service standards established and agreed to as part of this SLA. Performance Reporting. 26.2.1 At such time as BA makes available to other Telecommunications Carriers purchasing Interconnection from BA the Performance Monitoring Reports described by the FCC Order in the Application of ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC Corporation, Transferee, For Consent to Transfer Control of ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC Corporation and its Subsidiaries, NSD-L-96-10, Memorandum Opinion and Order (August 14, 1997) (“the FCC Merger Order”), BA shall provide NorthPoint with the Performance Monitoring Reports applicable to NorthPoint in accordance with the requirements of said FCC Merger Order. 26.2.2 NorthPoint agrees that the performance information included in the Performance Monitoring Reports is confidential and proprietary to BA, and shall be used by NorthPoint solely for internal performance assessment purposes, for purposes of joint NorthPoint and BA assessments of service performance, and for reporting to the Commission, the FCC, or courts of competent jurisdiction, under cover of an agreed-upon protective order, for the sole purpose of enforcing BA’s obligations hereunder. NorthPoint shall not otherwise disclose this information to third parties.
Performance Reporting. The recipient shall submit Monthly or Quarterly Project performance achievements and performance questionnaires to the Department, within fifteen (15) days after the end of the reporting period. Performance reporting must clearly articulate the activities that occurred within the reporting period, including descriptions of major accomplishments, milestones achieved, and/or barriers or delays encountered. Quarterly Status Reports prepared by GoTriangle and/or CAMPO shall provide information regarding progress toward strategic objectives outlined in the Wake Transit Work Plan and include the performance achieved, the strategies being following, and performance targets and key milestones for Capital Projects and operating services identified in the Wake Transit Work Plan. GoTriangle shall include in its Quarterly Status Reports any details of issues that may impact delivery of funding for the Projects identified in Exhibit A. The Parties agree to share supporting documentation, if requested, in addition to their quarterly and annual reporting, in a timely manner.
