Common use of Performance Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Performance Review Meetings. The State will schedule performance meetings as required to review the Contractor’s performance under the Contract. The meetings will be held in Lansing, Michigan, or by teleconference, as mutually agreed by the State and the Contractor. The State shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Contractor for attendance at the meeting.
