Common use of Performance Schedule Clause in Contracts

Performance Schedule. ‌ 8.1 The services to be rendered by the CONSULTANT shall be commenced upon receipt from the COUNTY of written “NOTICE TO PROCEED.” 8.2 All project phases shall be completed on or before the milestone dates provided in the COUNTY approved PROJECT design schedule referenced in 2.3 E. 8.3 The CONSULTANT shall not be held responsible for delays in the completion of the PROJECT design when the COUNTY causes such delays. The COUNTY reviews related to the above submittals shall not exceed twenty-one (21) days.
