Performance Specifications. The Network Service Provider shall be solely and uniquely responsible for the satisfactory performance of the tasks described in this contract and its Incorporated Documents and Exhibits. By execution of this contract, the Network Service Provider recognizes its singular responsibility for the tasks, activities, and deliverables described herein and warrants that it fully understands all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks, activities, and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof whether performed by the Network Service Provider or its subcontractor(s), as applicable.
Performance Specifications. All performance specifications will be strictly adhered to in order to provide the highest level of service possible. City reserves the right to monitor Contractor in its performance of the contract to ensure all performance specifications are attained. To receive full compensation, Contractor is required to meet or exceed the following standards of performance on a monthly basis: All personnel are responsible for knowledge of the service. Project personnel must maintain a courteous attitude, answering to the best of their ability, any questions from the public regarding the provision of the service. Customer service training must include a focus on positive customer relations. Personnel must report customer complaints and/or operational problems to the Contractor’s Project Manager who will be responsible for informing the City. Drivers must accurately and completely submit the required operating reports each day.
Performance Specifications. A. The Department shall not exercise control over Contractor by overseeing the actual work or instructing Contractor as to how the work will be performed; however the Department reserves the right to evaluate the quality of Contractor’s work as an interpreter in whatever manner deemed best by the Department. B. Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the specifications contained in the “Colorado Judicial Department Code of Professional Responsibility for Interpreters” (Exhibit B) and “Chief Justice Directive 06-03, Amended May 2016,” attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Performance Specifications. By execution of this Subcontract, Network Provider hereby acknowledges and agrees that its performance under this Subcontract must meet the measures set forth below. Pursuant to section 409.996(1)(b), F.S., ChildNet will provide for graduated penalties, enhanced monitoring, and reporting, corrective action plans, and early termination of contracts or other appropriate action to ensure contract compliance. The financial penalties shall require ChildNet to reallocated funds from administrative costs to direct care of children.

Regularly (minimum 3-times per shift or as needed) inspect and service all restrooms to insure that the floors and walls remain clean and free from debris and to insure that all dispensers are full. b. Inspect and clean all public hallways, corridors, entrances and exits to remove any and all accumulations or dirt and /or debris and to clean any spills. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall clean all ashtrays/sand urns and shall empty all trashcans that are near full during each shift. c. Perform minor repairs when asked or when necessary. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall inform the SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager of repair needs that are not minor or require expert skills or special tools. d. Report any building or equipment deficiencies to SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall give a full description of the required work, its location and any additional information that will aid in the prompt and economical repair of said deficiency. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall post signs or barricades to restrict access and inform clients/personnel of hazards as appropriate. e. Move furniture, boxes, supplies, etc. as required, up to 50 pounds in weight.
Performance Specifications. Registry Operator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Registry Services for the Registry TLD. The Performance Specifications defined below establish the basis for the Service Level Exception Credits ("SLE Credits") provided for in Appendix 10 to this Registry Agreement.
