Common use of Performance under Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance under Other Agreements. The Pledgor shall duly perform and observe all of the covenants, agreements and conditions on its part to be performed and observed hereunder and under the Loan Agreement and, unless the Security Agent and GE Capital otherwise consents in writing, duly perform and observe in all respects all of the covenants, agreements and conditions on its part to be performed and observed under the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party.
