Performing Management Duties. Any bargaining unit member temporarily directed to perform the duties of a manager/supervisor position in excess of five (5) working days out of fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) over his/her regular rate of pay retroactive to the first day of such assignment.
