Common use of Period for Exercise Clause in Contracts

Period for Exercise. (i) C9 Wireless may exercise the Royal Street Put by delivery of an Exercise Notice during any of the following periods: (A) during the period beginning on the earlier of (I)***, subject to applicable notice provisions, or (II) the date that is *** prior to the *** , and ending on the date that is *** prior to the *** (“First Put Exercise Period”); (B) during the sixty-day period ending on the date that is *** prior to the *** (“Second Put Exercise Period”); or (C) during the sixty-day period ending on the date that is *** prior to the ***. (“Third Put Exercise Period”); and (ii) C9 Wireless may exercise the Holding Subsidiary Put by delivery of an Exercise Notice during any of the periods described in Section 5.4(b)(i) above, provided that such exercise periods shall be determined solely with respect to the Licenses held by such Holding Subsidiary.
