Period of Renewal Sample Clauses

The Period of Renewal clause defines the timeframe and conditions under which an existing agreement may be extended beyond its original term. Typically, this clause specifies the length of each renewal period, the process for initiating renewal—such as providing written notice within a certain timeframe—and any changes to terms that may apply during renewal. Its core practical function is to provide both parties with a clear, predictable mechanism for continuing their contractual relationship, thereby reducing uncertainty and the need to renegotiate a new agreement from scratch.
