Period of Residency Clause Samples

The 'Period of Residency' clause defines the specific duration during which an individual is permitted to reside at a particular property or within a certain jurisdiction. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates of the residency, and may include provisions for renewal, extension, or early termination under certain conditions. Its core practical function is to establish clear expectations and legal boundaries regarding the length of stay, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized occupancy or overstaying.
