Periodic Inventories, Notice and Representation. At reasonable intervals, but not more frequently than once per year, Operator will conduct an inventory of the Joint Account Controllable Material. Written notice of intention to take inventory shall be given by Operator at least thirty (30) days before any inventory is to begin so that System Owners may be represented when any inventory is taken. Failure of System Owners to be represented at an inventory shall bind System Owners to accept the inventory taken by Operator.
