Common use of Periodic Reports to Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports to Property Trustee. Each of the Sponsor and the Regular Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee, the Commission and the Holders of the Trust Securities, as applicable, such documents, reports and information as required by ss. 314(a)(l)-(3), if any, of the Trust Indenture Act and the compliance certificates required by ss. 314(a)(4) and (c) of the Trust Indenture Act, any such certificates to be provided in the form, in the manner and at the times required by ss. 314(a)(4) and (c) of the Trust Indenture Act, provided that any certificate to be provided pursuant to ss. 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act shall be provided within 120 days of the end of each Fiscal Year.
