Periods of Time. Unless otherwise specified herein, all references to "days" shall mean calendar days. Whenever any determination is to be made or action is to be taken on a date specified in this Development Agreement, if such date shall fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday under the laws of the State of Connecticut or the Tribe, then in such event said date shall be extended to the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
