Perishable or Fragile Clause Samples

The 'Perishable or Fragile' clause defines special handling, liability, or shipping requirements for goods that are easily damaged or have a limited shelf life. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding packaging, transport conditions (such as temperature control for perishables), and inspection upon delivery. This clause ensures that both parties understand and agree on the precautions necessary to protect sensitive items, thereby reducing disputes over damage or spoilage during transit.
