Common use of Permanent Number Portability Clause in Contracts

Permanent Number Portability. The Parties shall migrate from RCF, DID, NXX Migration to Permanent Number Portability as soon as practically possible but no later than the date provided for by the FCC. The Parties shall provide Permanent Number Portability on a reciprocal basis to each other in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by the FCC and/or the Commission. Both Sprint and CBT shall jointly cooperate to implement all applicable requirements for Permanent Number Portability as set forth in the Act, FCC rules and regulations, and the rules, regulations and orders of the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
