Permanent Part Time Holidays. (Applicable to PPT only) a) Permanent part-time employees are entitled to the paid holidays, as set out in Article 20.01, provided they work their regularly scheduled shift immediately preceding and following the paid holiday. b) Where a permanent part-time employee is assigned to a full-time acting position, and this assignment is immediately prior to and following the Christmas-New Year Shutdown period, the employee will be paid at the upgraded rate for the hours that the incumbent would normally receive during this period.
