Permanent Total Disablement. a) If the Primary Insured Member and/or his/her Spouse as specified in the Certificate of Insurance suffers an Injury during the Cover Period, which directly results in any of the following Insured Events within twelve calendar months of the occurrence of the Injury, the company will pay the amount specified against this Benefit in the Certificate of Insurance:
