Common use of Permission to Enter Clause in Contracts

Permission to Enter. The Department confers on GBD a revocable, personal, unassignable, non-exclusive and non- possessory privilege to enter upon and use the Property owned by City for the limited purpose of documenting existing conditions at the Property, holding community meetings, providing design project management support and construction project management support, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement gives GBD a license only, revocable at any time at the will of the City, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this Agreement does not constitute a grant by City of any ownership, leasehold, easement or other property interest or estate whatsoever in the Property, or any portion thereof.
