PERMISSION TO PUBLISH. In participating, I am specifically granting permission to you to use my name, likeness, voice, and words in television, radio, films, newspapers, magazines, and other media, and in any form not heretofore described, for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of Specials Olympics in appealing for funds to support such activities. I, the undersigned, have read and understood the provisions of this release. I hereby agree that I will be bound thereby.
