Common use of PERMISSIVE MONTH-TO-MONTH TENANCY Clause in Contracts

PERMISSIVE MONTH-TO-MONTH TENANCY. Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, at any time before or after expiration or earlier termination of the Term of the Lease, Landlord may serve notice advising Tenant of the amount of Rent and other terms required, should Tenant desire to enter a month-to-month tenancy. If Tenant shall hold over more than one full calendar month after such notice, Tenant shall thereafter be deemed a month-to-month tenant, on the terms and provisions of this Lease then in effect, as modified by Landlord’s notice, except that Tenant shall not be entitled to any renewal or expansion rights contained in this Lease or any amendments hereto.
