Permit Monitoring. Upon issuance of the Permit, the implementation thereof, including each of the terms of this Agreement shall be monitored and evaluated as provided for in Section 4 (Passage Survival Plan). Any reports the FERC should require regarding this Agreement shall be provided to the NMFS at the time such reports are provided to the FERC.
