Common use of Permits and License Clause in Contracts

Permits and License. Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and maintain all permits and licenses required by applicable city, county, state, and federal rules, regulations, statutes, codes, and other laws that pertain to this Contract. Contractor represents and warrants its compliance with all applicable duly enacted state and federal laws governing equal employment opportunities. Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).
