Permits and License. a. Contractor shall be responsible for and shall hold any and all required Federal, State or local permits or licenses required to perform its obligations under the Agreement. b. Contractor shall make all necessary payments for licenses and permits for all Ambulance vehicles used. c. It shall be entirely the responsibility of Contractor to schedule and coordinate all applications and application renewals as necessary to ensure that Contractor is meeting its obligation under the Agreement and is in complete compliance with Federal, State and local requirements for permits and licenses as necessary to provide the services. d. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that its employee’s State and local certifications as necessary to provide the services, if applicable, are valid and current at all times.
