PERMITS AND TAXES. 3.19.1 The Construction Manager shall give public authorities all notices required by law and, except for permits and fees that are the responsibility of the Owner pursuant to Section 4.4, shall obtain and pay for all necessary permits, licenses, and renewals pertaining to the Work. The Construction Manager shall promptly provide to the Owner copies of all notices, permits, licenses, and renewals required under this Agreement. 3.19.2 The Construction Manager shall pay all applicable taxes enacted when bids are received or negotiations concluded for the Work provided by the Construction Manager.
