Common use of Permits; Approvals Clause in Contracts

Permits; Approvals. Borrower shall deliver to Lender copies of all authorizations, certificates, permits, licenses and approvals required by any court, board, agency, commission, office or authority of any nature whatsoever or any governmental ▇▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ or otherwise) whether now or hereafter in existence (each, a “Governmental Authority” and collectively, the “Governmental Authorities”) for the occupancy and use of the improvements to the Property, including without limitation, building permits, sewer connection permits, use permits, zoning permits and environmental permits.
