PERMITS, FEES AND NOTICES. Contractor shall secure and pay for the permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work. Contractor shall comply with and give notices required by laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and lawful orders of public authorities bearing on the Work. If Contractor performs Work contrary to laws, statutes, ordinances, codes or rules and regulations, Contractor shall assume full responsibility for such Work and shall bear the attributable costs.
