PERMITS, FRANCHISES. Borrower possesses, and will hereafter possess, all permits, consents, approvals, franchises and licenses required and rights to all trademarks, trade names, patents, and fictitious names, if any, necessary to enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged in compliance with applicable law.

PERMITS, FRANCHISES. The Borrower and each Subsidiary possesses, and will hereafter possess, all permits, consents, approvals, franchises and licenses required and rights to all trademarks, trade names, patents, and fictitious names, if any, necessary to or used in the course of business granted to it and enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged in compliance with Applicable Law, without known conflict with any trademark, trade names, patents or other proprietary right of any Person where the failure to possess such asset could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

PERMITS, FRANCHISES. Each Related Party possesses all permits, memberships, franchises, contracts and licenses required and all trademark rights, trade name rights, patent rights, copyrights, and fictitious name rights necessary to enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged.

PERMITS, FRANCHISES. Each Loan Party possesses all permits, consents, approvals, franchises and licenses required and rights to all trademarks, trade names, patents, and fictitious names, if any, necessary to enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged in compliance with applicable law or in which the failure to so possess could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

PERMITS, FRANCHISES. Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor possesses, and will hereafter possess, all permits, consents, approvals, franchises and licenses reasonably required for the conduct of such Person’s business and rights to all trademarks, trade names, patents, and fictitious names, if any, necessary to enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged in compliance with applicable law.

PERMITS, FRANCHISES. The Borrower possesses all permits, memberships, franchises, contracts and licenses required and all trademark rights, trade name rights, patent rights and fictitious name rights necessary to enable it to conduct the business in which it is now engaged, except where such failure would not result in a material adverse impact to the Borrower or the collateral.
