Permits from Other Regulatory Entities. Other agency permits may be required as provided by applicable law prior to the City’s issuance of building permits for redevelopment of the Property. The Developer shall obtain all necessary permits from other local, regional, State and federal regulatory entities and provide copies of each to the City within a reasonable time after such permits are issued.

  • Other Regulatory Approvals All necessary approvals, authorizations and consents of any governmental or regulatory entity required to consummate the Merger shall have been obtained and remain in full force and effect, and all waiting periods relating to such approvals, authorizations and consents shall have expired or been terminated.

  • COOPERATION WITH REGULATORY AUTHORITIES OR OTHER ACTIONS The parties to this Agreement each agree to cooperate in a reasonable manner with each other in the event that any of them should become involved in a legal, administrative, judicial or regulatory action, claim, or suit as a result of performing its obligations under this Agreement.
