Permits, Licences and Approvals. UNICEF shall (where it is in a position to do so) provide reasonable assistance to the Contractor at the request of the Contractor in relation to the Contractor’s applications for any permits, licences or approvals which are required by the laws of the country in which the Works are to be provided for the delivery of goods and materials, including through customs.
