Common use of Permits Required Clause in Contracts

Permits Required. Prior to performing any work permit approval MUST be issued. A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT is required for all work within the city right-of-way. The applicant is responsible for any additional permits that may be required. The applicant must call Underground Utilities Locate, ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ 48 hours prior to the start of any work, as required by State law.
