Common use of Permitted Assignee Clause in Contracts

Permitted Assignee. If the original Buyer hereunder has assigned its interest in this Agreement, such assignment has been made in compliance with this Agreement. Each of the representations and warranties set forth in this Paragraph 11 (collectively, “Buyer’s Representations”) shall be deemed to have been remade at and as of the Interest Closing with the same force and effect as if first made on and as of the Interest Closing. Buyer’s Representations shall survive the Closing.
