Permitted Copies. The Supplier may make copies of written or computer stored materials incorporating Confidential Information only if those copies are necessary for the purpose of providing the Goods and must: (a) return to the Company all Confidential Information (including any copies made by it); and (b) permanently delete any Confidential Information stored by it in a computer or electronic retrieval system so that it is incapable of retrieval, within 7 days after the earlier of: (c) a receipt of a request from the Company to do so; or (d) the termination or expiry of the Contract; and must, if requested by the Company, provide a certificate to the Company that these obligations have been complied with.
