Common use of Permitted Installation Clause in Contracts

Permitted Installation. JMZ may at JMZ’s sole cost and expense and during the term of the Agreement, locate, construct, place, attach, install, bury underground, operate, use, control, repair, replace, upgrade, enhance and maintain the Facilities subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. JMZ shall undertake and perform work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner.

JMZ shall undertake and perform work authorized by this Agreement in a skillful and workmanlike manner. All underground fiber to be buried shall not remain on the surface of the ground for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days.
