(b) With respect to updates to the Software that RevenueWell may make available for download, this Order Form Supplement allows you to install, use and run one (1) copy of download such Software updates to update or restore the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time. You agree not to install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-labeled computer, Supported Computer System that the Customer owns or to enable others to do socontrols. This License Order Form Supplement does not allow the Apple Software you to exist on more than one computer at a time, and you may not make the Apple Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers at the same time. You may make one copy of the Apple Software (excluding the Boot ROM code and other Apple firmware that is embedded update or otherwise contained in Apple-labeled hardware) in machine-readable form for backup purposes only; provided restore devices that the backup copy must include all copyright Customer does not control or other proprietary notices contained on the original. Apple Boot ROM code and firmware is provided only for use on Apple-labeled hardware and you may not copy, modify or redistribute the Apple Boot ROM code or firmware, or any portions thereofown. B. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of RevenueWell and its licensors. If you or any other Customer personnel violate this restriction, you or they, and the Customer, may be subject to prosecution and damages. (d) Neither you nor the Customer may rent, lease, lend, redistribute or sublicense the Software. The Customer may, however, allow other authorized Users under the Master Subscription Agreement to use the Software in connection with a re-assignment of the Supported Device to another authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement. (e) The Software is available only for Supported Devices, and is not available for all devices. Please contact your RevenueWell representative to determine whether a specific device-operating system combination is supported by the Software. (f) The Software requires, among others, Microsoft .Net Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ runtime software (“Required Components”) to be installed on the Supported Computer System. If the Required Components software is not already installed on your Supported Computer Systems, they will be embedded into the installer or downloaded during the install process, currently at no charge. The Required Components software is provided by 3rd party providers and not by RevenueWell.
