Permitted Redemption Sample Clauses

The Permitted Redemption clause defines the circumstances under which a party, typically the issuer of securities or debt, is allowed to redeem or repurchase those instruments before their scheduled maturity. This clause outlines specific conditions, such as time frames, notice requirements, or triggering events, that must be met for redemption to occur, and may set limits on the amount or frequency of redemptions. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for the issuer to manage its financial obligations or capital structure while giving investors clarity on when and how their securities might be redeemed early.
