Any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited liability partnership, trust, unincorporated association, business, or other legal entity, and any government or any governmental agency or political subdivision thereof. Plan. Any employee benefit plan within the meaning of §3(3) of ERISA (including a Pension Plan), maintained for employees of the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate or any such Plan to which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is required to contribute on behalf of any of its employees and not excluded under §4 of ERISA.
