Common use of Permitted Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Permitted Subcontracting. Contractor may subcontract with the subcontractors identified in Contractor’s Proposal or as permitted by the County in writing, subject to the following: A. Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of its subcontractors. B. All subcontractors shall comply with the provisions of this Contract. C. Contractor remains responsible for performing Services under and complying with this Contract, regardless of any subcontract.
