Permitted Uses and Restrictions. Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with this ▇▇▇▇, Ascensia hereby grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and to use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, consistent with the terms of this ▇▇▇▇. The App is intended for use with a range of blood glucose meters (each a “Meter”) for which you have a user account. You may not market, sell, distribute, rent, lease or otherwise transfer all or any part of the App or help documentation to any third party without Ascensia’s prior written consent. You may not sublicense, distribute, post, assign or otherwise transfer or make available all or any part of the rights granted to you by Ascensia under this ▇▇▇▇ without Ascensia’s prior written consent. If the App is updated, any transfer must include the update and all prior versions. You may not modify, adapt or translate the App or accompanying help documentation. You may not alter or remove copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the App or accompanying help documentation. You may not, and may not permit or have a third party, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open-sourced components included with the App). You may not, and may not permit or have a third party, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App. You may not, and may not permit or have a third party, use the App in a manner which infringes or violates any of the intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights of any third party.

This License does not grant you any rights to use such content nor does it guarantee that such content will continue to be available to You. You agree to use the App solely for your personalOmni Tv Box Software and the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, non-commercial use, and to including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you download or use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, consistent with the terms of this ▇▇▇▇. The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of Omni or its suppliers. All rights in and to the Software not expressly granted to You in this Agreement are reserved by ▇▇▇▇ and its suppliers. Notwithstanding the above, interfere nothing in this license shall restrict You from: (a) decompiling the Software, where it is necessary to decompile the Software to obtain the information necessary to create an independent program which can be operated with the Software decompiled or disrupt with another program and the integrity or performance information so obtained is not used for any purpose other than to obtain the information necessary to create an independent program which can be operated with the Software decompiled; (b) the making of any back up copy of the App. Software necessary for You may not, and may not permit or to have a third party, use for the App in a manner which infringes or violates any purposes of the intellectual propertyagreed use; or (c) the observing, proprietary, studying or other rights testing of any third partyfunctions of the Software.
