Common use of Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account Clause in Contracts

Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account. (a) The Master Servicer will, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer or the Securities Administrator, make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal pursuant to this Agreement and the related Servicing Agreement. The Master Servicer may clear and terminate the Master Servicer Collection Account pursuant to Section 11.01 and remove amounts from time to time deposited in error. (b) On an ongoing basis, the Master Servicer shall withdraw from the Master Servicer Collection Account to pay itself as provided in Section 4.14 and to pay any expenses recoverable by the Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Custodian or the Securities Administrator pursuant to Sections 4.03, 8.03, 8.04 and 10.05.

(b) On an ongoing basis, the Master Servicer shall withdraw from the Master Servicer Collection Account to pay itself as provided in Section 4.14 and to pay any expenses expenses, costs and liabilities recoverable by the Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Custodian or the Securities Administrator pursuant to Sections 4.03, 8.03, 8.04 and 10.05; provided however, that the Master Servicer shall be obligated to pay from its own funds any amounts which it is required to pay under Section 8.03(a).
