Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.
PERSONAL AND ACADEMIC FREEDOM A. The personal life of a teacher shall be the concern of and warrant the review and appropriate action of the Board only:
1. As it may prevent the teacher from performing his/her assigned functions during school duty hours;
2. As it may be in violation of local, state, national, or common law.
B. Each teacher will be entitled to full rights of citizenship, and no religious or political activities of any such teacher or the lack thereof will be grounds for any discipline or discrimination with respect to the professional employment of such person provided they do not affect his/her classroom performance.
C. The Board and the Association agree that academic freedom is essential to the fulfillment of the purposes of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County School System, and they acknowledge the fundamental need to protect teachers from any censorship or restraint which might interfere with their obligation to pursue the truth in the performance of their teaching functions. They agree that subject to curriculum guidelines and appropriate supervision by the teacher’s evaluator, the responsibility for teaching all appropriate material rests with the teacher.
D. No student’s grade shall be changed without a conference between the student’s teacher and the administrator. After the conference, the teacher will be notified, in writing, of the administrator’s decision. In the event the student’s teacher is not available for a conference, the administrator will notify the teacher in writing of any changes in a grade.
Personal Accounts With a personal account you can send and request money from friends and family and pay online for purchases. Holders of certain existing personal accounts may be required to upgrade their accounts (which may include providing further information to PayPal) to be able to use all of the current functionality available in a personal account. To use your PayPal account primarily to sell things, you must open a business account or convert your personal account to a business account. You should take reasonable steps to stop your PayPal account being misused. You must maintain adequate security and control of any and all devices, items, IDs, passwords and personal identification numbers / codes that you use to access your PayPal account and the PayPal services. You must comply with all reasonable instructions we may issue regarding how you can keep your Payment Instrument safe. We may require you to authenticate any instruction relating to your account (i.e. give us the information that we need to be sure that it’s you giving us the instruction, such as submitting your correct log-in information – this could include your e-mail address and password) and otherwise successfully log into your PayPal account to provide to us your instruction. You must keep your postal address, email address, phone number of a phone to which you are the primary user and other contact information current in your PayPal account profile. You may expressly grant, remove and manage permissions for some third parties to take certain actions on your behalf. In some cases you can do this when logged into your account – in other cases you can do this directly with the third party. You acknowledge that if you grant permission for a third party to take actions on your behalf, we may disclose certain information about your Account to this third party. You may permit third party service providers licensed by applicable law to: • provide account information services to access information about your account on your behalf; • confirm whether an amount necessary for the execution of a card-based payment transaction is available on your account; or • provide payment initiation services to initiate payments from your account on your behalf. Granting permission to any third party to access your account in any way does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this user agreement. You are liable to us for the actions that you authorise the third parties to carry out. You will not hold us responsible for, and you will indemnify us from, any liability arising from the actions or inactions of such third parties in connection with the permissions you granted, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
Project Accounts The Grantee agrees to establish and maintain for the Project either a separate set of accounts or accounts within the framework of an established accounting system, in a manner consistent with 49 C.F.R. § 18.20, or 49 C.F.R. § 19.21, as amended, whichever is applicable.
Processing of Customer Personal Data 3.1 UKG will:
3.1.1 comply with all applicable Data Protection Laws in the Processing of Customer Personal Data; and
3.1.2 not Process Customer Personal Data other than for the purpose, and in accordance with, the relevant Customer’s instructions as documented in the Agreement and this DPA, unless Processing is required by the Data Protection Laws to which the relevant UKG Processor is subject, in which case UKG to the extent permitted by the Data Protection Laws, will inform Customer of that legal requirement before the Processing of that Customer Personal Data.
3.2 Customer hereby:
3.2.1 instructs UKG (and authorizes UKG to instruct each Subprocessor) to: (a) Process Customer Personal Data; and (b) in particular, transfer Customer Personal Data to any country or territory subject to the provisions of this DPA, in each case as reasonably necessary for the provision of the Services and consistent with the Agreement.
3.2.2 warrants and represents that it is and will at all relevant times remain duly and effectively authorized to give the instructions set out in Section 3.2.1 on behalf of each relevant Customer Affiliate; and
3.2.3 warrants and represents that it has all necessary rights in relation to the Customer Personal Data and/or has collected all necessary consents from Data Subjects to Process Customer Personal Data to the extent required by Applicable Law.
3.3 Schedule 1 to this DPA sets out certain information regarding UKG’s Processing of Customer Personal Data as required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR (and equivalent requirements of other Data Protection Laws).
