Personal Data Breach Notification. 5.1 ▇▇▇▇ shall notify Client without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach. ▇▇▇▇ shall provide Client with sufficient information to allow Client to meet any obligations to notify a Supervisory Authority of the Personal Data Breach and/or communicate the Personal Data Breach to Data Subjects under the Data Protection Laws. 5.2 ▇▇▇▇ shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of a Personal Data Breach and take those steps as ▇▇▇▇ deems necessary and reasonable in order to remediate the cause of such a Client Data Incident to the extent the remediation is within ▇▇▇▇’▇ reasonable control. 5.3 The obligations herein shall not apply to incidents that are caused by Client.
