Personal Data Breaches and Reporting. Each of CHDI and the Recipient will comply with its obligations to report a personal data breach to the appropriate supervisory authority and (where applicable) data subjects under the Data Protection Legislation. The Recipient will, upon receipt of a written request from CHDI, provide such assistance as is necessary to enable CHDI to facilitate the handling of any personal data breach in an expeditious and compliant manner.
