PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. In furtherance of its performance and obligations under the purchase order, the Supplier may disclose information that constitutes personal data as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap. 26) (“PDPA”) to the Company. The Supplier undertakes and warrants that it will obtain all necessary consents for the Company to collect, use and disclose such personal data for the purposes contemplated in the purchase order.
