Personal Days Excess Request. In the event that more than ten percent of staff request an undeclared personal day on the opening day of a fish or game season, a lottery will be held to determine who will be allowed to use the day. In the subsequent year, if more than ten percent again request an undeclared personal day on the opening day of a fish or game season approval will be granted on a rotational basis.
